With his unique background as a poet, former City lawyer, football author and communications professional, Musa provides a broad range of services. With eight years of experience in the field of public relations and communications, he has worked with some of the world’s leading companies, charities and entrepreneurs, including Ogilvy & Mather, the Football Association, Jacob’s Creek and Julie Toskan-Casale, founder of MAC Cosmetics. He writes text, short film script and poems for promotional campaigns and commemorative events; he also provides advice on strategic communications and leads workshops on media training and presentation skills.
Before starting work as an independent consultant, Musa was the Director for Press and Communications at the Institute for Philanthropy in London and New York, where he worked between 2006 and 2012. He has arranged features and interviews for his clients with some of the media’s most respected organisations, including the BBC, The Financial Times, The New York Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph and The Wall Street Journal.
